We negotiate pricing and handle contracts with wedding professionals, we research the best wedding venues, we handle all the time consuming details, we work hard to ensure your wedding day is more than you imagined! We provide different tiers of service from day of coordinator to full wedding planning assistance and each package is priced accordingly. 
What is the difference between a wedding planner and a day of coordinator?
A wedding planner and day of wedding coordinator are two completely different wedding services and priced according to the level of service involved. A wedding planner is involved in your wedding prior to the wedding day, handling the details prior to your wedding day, dealing with vendors and dealing with wedding venues and caterers. A day of coordinator comes in after the couple has already handled all the details with venues and all vendors involved. Everything is set and ready to go. A day of coordinator is limited to your wedding day and does not get involved in the planning stages. such as searching for vendors, searching for rehearsal dinner venues, searching for florists and price shopping.

Day of Coordinator

You have come so far along in your wedding planning process, you have worked through hiring all the important vendors that will be involved in your wedding, you have secured your venue and caterers, you are almost there! You just need a helping hand on the day of the wedding, someone that is experienced and you can trust to handle everything smoothly and efficiently and is putting  forth their complete focus to serve you on your wedding day!
You are in excellent hands with the experience our team has to offer so you can actually enjoy your wedding day!
You have taken care of all the details, all the contracts, all the payments, and just need someone to make sure all details are taken care of on the day of your wedding. 

• Unlimited  text and phone calls during business hours
• Communication with all vendors involved one month prior to wedding date
• Complete Vendor List must be provided 30 days prior to wedding day
• Total Fee 1000.00 

Partial Wedding Planning

You started out great and were so excited to start the wedding planning process but soon came to realize it was much more than you can handle. You have your venue picked out and reserved, you have chosen your caterer, and are now trying to tackle the rest of the planning process and find it so time consuming, so tiresome, so frustrating that you now want to reach out to an experienced and dedicated wedding planner to take over the necessary details and tasks so you can breathe a sigh of relief! That is what we are here for, to take the lead and deal with all the remaining details and to also coordinate your wedding day.

Our full wedding planning takes you from the beginning to the end, we are there for you every step of the way! 

       Full Planning Wedding Package

• Initial consultation with the bride and groom
• Unlimited text and phone during business hours
• Prepare a schedule/timeline and vendor checklists
• Assist with selection and booking ceremony/reception
• Assist with selecting a color scheme, theme/style wedding
