One of the most common questions a beach wedding planner gets asked by couples is the best time to hold a beach wedding. The most popular time is at sunset when you have the beautiful sky as a backdrop with all the colors and depth a sunset can provide for your photography. The weather is cooler, there are less people on the beach, the humidity has lessened, and most of the time most of the rain has passed through by this time. Florida is known for Sunset Beach Weddings across the state, its just something provided by nature at no cost!!!! Having a beach wedding during the day is not recommended as the beach is crowded, the heat is stifling during the summer, and the humidity is relentless. Avoiding high noon and afternoons would be a good bet for beach weddings. The second most popular time is early in the morning a bit after sunrise, and these work out well before the crowds come on to the beach, the heat starts to rise, and people start to swelter. Florida beaches can be very hot during the summer months of May, June, July, and August, and cooler in the months of December, January and February, and temperate most of the year. The beach wedding should actually begin one hour prior to sunset time, giving you enough time for vows and then photography right around sunset.
